NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These courses begin at NCV level two plus the bare minimum requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

After the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they would then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, being equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV level 2 which is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
